Self-pay rates are $500 for the initial evaluation and $250 for follow-ups, and superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement. We do not accept Medicaid.

You will need to be comfortable joining a video call, completing digital intake forms, and using the secure patient portal for messages between visits.
